Service Information

Clinical lead: Dr Aamena Salar, MBCHB MRCGP DFSRH DRCOG PGDip Community Gynaecology PGCert Diagnostic Hysteroscopy.

Our Community Gynaecology service is led by a GP with an Extended Role in Gynaecology, working with a team including a consultant, other GPs with Extended Interest and ANPs. We work in collaboration with local hospital providers to deliver a gynaecology service that is fully integrated with local secondary providers.

Our gynaecology service is structured to deliver a ‘one-stop-shop’ system so that patients can receive multiple tests and be seen by a specialist, all during the one visit.
